How does the return process work?
We send you a pre-paid shipping label & return bag. All you have to do is throw the napkins in, and ship them back to us!
How soon before my event do the napkins arrive?
You will receive the napkins 5-days before your event. For returns, we ask that they be mailed back on the 2nd business day after your event.
How far in advance should we reserve our rentals?
We require that you reserve your date 60-days in advance!
